About Me

My entire career has been spent in advertising and public relations. Beginning at an advertising agency working on the McDonald's account was an excellent way to learn the industry. My first boss was an incredible mentor who offered me the freedom to craft my position into what I saw fit. I inherently created a PR department within our satellite office and that is where my story really begins.

My degree in communications and broadcasting along with starting off in a smaller media market made it easy to connect and partner with all the local media.

When the timing was right, I put my focus on raising two of the most incredible human beings I know, our two children - Aviya and Judah.

Stepping away from daily office routines didn't mean I stopped using my skills. I spent those years offerring my ability to benefit charities including 10 years working with the Ronald McDonald House Charities Golf Classic.

As the children grew older, and I had the opportunity, I decided to open my LLC (AviJu). It was a great fit. Owning your own consulting company is a wonderful growth tonic for one's skill - wearing every hat there is: bookkeeper, consultant, salesperson, IT, etc.

When my husband received his opportunity in Washington D.C., I looked forward to another great chance for growth - moving into one of the largest markets in the country.

I am a life-long learner, and have a lot to offer in experience. I cannot wait to see what comes next...
